Terms & Delivery

This website is run by avoleisevintage, a curated vintage boutique established in 2022. It presents our collection of hand selected, one of a kind pieces.

By using the website you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time; the version published here always applies.

Every item is pre loved and unique. We describe brand, size, composition and condition as accurately as possible, including any visible signs of wear.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Photographs and outfit suggestions are for illustration only; outfits show styling ideas and only the listed item is offered.

Prices are shown in euro. Online checkout is not yet available. To reserve a piece, contact us on Instagram or TikTok; a piece is reserved only once we confirm it to you.

As every item exists only once, availability is on a first come basis.

Orders are carefully folded, wrapped and shipped with a tracked service. We dispatch within 1 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery cost and estimated time depend on your location and are confirmed before you pay. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

If you are a consumer you may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement by message, for example: "I withdraw from the purchase of [item name], received on [date]. Name, address, date."

Please return the item within 14 days of your statement, in the condition it was sent. We refund the price and the cheapest standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. The cost of sending the item back is yours.

As every piece is pre loved, our liability for non conformity with the description is limited to one year from delivery, as permitted by law for used goods.

If an item differs from its description, send us a message with your name, the item, a description of the problem and photos. We respond within 14 days and will offer a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. Signs of wear disclosed in the description are not grounds for a complaint.

The controller of your personal data is the seller named in section 9. We process only the data you give us (name, delivery address, contact details) in order to answer your enquiry and complete your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to meet accounting duties where required by law.

Your data is shared only with the carrier delivering your parcel and is kept for as long as needed to handle your order and any complaint, and as required by law. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, to object to its processing, and to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only technical data needed for the site to work may be stored in your browser.

Seller details (name, address and email) are shared in a message before any purchase is confirmed. Contact: Instagram or TikTok, links below.
